Yesterday we took the boys to Summers Farm in Frederick, MD and they had a BLAST. We all had the best day. We were there for over five hours and nobody felt the time go by.
There was so much to do for all ages which was awesome and really helped with all of us being able to be involved in something the whole time. It really was a great family outing
At the farm there were:
- Giant slides
- Tug-O-War- had us all cracking up
- Apple Blasters- cost a little extra
- Jumping pillows- one for littles and one for older kiddos
- Pumpkin train pulled by a tractor
- Goats to see and feed
- Pig races- the kids LOVED it, especially because of the way the works interacted with them
- Wagon rides
- Obstacle course
- Different snack stops
- and more!
And of course there was a pumpkin patch which is what we did last to end our day the perfect way! Each one of us picked a pumpkin and picked one that represented out size in the family. We wanted to carve them last night but we were so tired after having the best day full of fun.
If you’re in the area I highly recommend visiting Summers Farm. It’s somewhere I’ve been so excited to visit for a few years now and I’m so happy we finally went. It was also Erwin’s first time ever visiting a place like this and he had such a good time too!! We all loved each second and had the best time all together.
One thing checked off my bucket list!
